By submitting to RC Australia<\/strong> your CV or data templates through any means, you are expressly RC Australia Inversiones Offshore and Rincon & Assocites PTY LTD <\/strong>to have your personal data collected, used, stored, disclosed, transferred and\/or transmitted, as the case may be, strictly for the purposes described below, in conformity with the personal data protection policies published in the website www.rcaustralia.com.au <\/span><\/a><\/span>which you must read prior to voluntarily engaging with our company:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

(a) <\/span><\/strong>submit information on the services offered by the company in regard to obtaining an Australian Visa<\/a><\/span><\/span> and particularly, pertinent information on Australia, but not limited to information on the country third-party testimonies, information on regulations, requirements or relevant aspects to obtain the Australian visa, study programs, validation of degrees, official translations, assessment of the English language proficiency, and in general, information required to carry out your migration process to Australia.<\/p>\n

(b) <\/strong><\/span>Provide services related to the general guidance, evaluation, assessment and representation on migrating to Australia, such as advise on the process to obtain the Visa to work and live in Australia<\/a><\/span><\/span> and services for the legal representation or special consultancies, but not limited to: <\/p>\n

Prepare letters, file appeals, prepare any document, make or attain a study visa and do some specific procedures at different Australian institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

(c) <\/strong><\/span>Do the migration process to Australia in accordance with my needs and inform the process status.<\/p>\n

In order to do the migration process, RC Australia Inversiones offshore SAS and Rincon & Associates PTY LTD re authorized to send to the migration agent in Australia the personal information required by the Australian authorities in order to issue the visas that may include pictures, biometric data, and health data, which are considered as sensitive data. <\/p>\n

Similarly, RC Australia Inversiones offshore SAS and Rincon & Associates PTY LTD may send to the migration agent in Australia any other kind of personal data provided by me related, but not limited to, work experience, degrees, marital status, family relationships, criminal records, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

(d) <\/strong>Transfer personal data to Australia to both, the migration agent in charge of the legal representation with the Australian authorities, as well as to the competent migration authorities that may require such data in order to issue the visas.
Similarly, to transfer personal data to any other Australian entity where any procedure may be required different from migration, related to other services provided by the company that may be requested or contracted by me.
<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(e)<\/strong> invite you to events, as well as do other marketing and advertising activities of the company and the services it offers<\/span><\/p>\n

(f)<\/strong> Share information through the social networks or through any other means provided by RC Australia Inversiones offshore SAS and Rincon & Associates PTY LTD.<\/span><\/p>\n

(g)<\/strong> Transfer information to the university or entity where you are a graduate or member for the purpose of agreements that may be required.<\/span><\/p>\n

(h)<\/strong> Assess the quality of the services provided, as well as prepare internal statistics <\/span><\/p>\n

(i)<\/strong> Comply with the legal and statutory obligations;<\/span><\/p>\n

(j)<\/strong> Carry its own administrative, accounting, tax and financial management, including the preparation of collection and payment management, billing, providers management, clients management, investment management, and reports to the tax authorities, among others<\/span><\/p>\n

(k)<\/strong> Transfer personal data to the competent authorities to whom they must be transferred as per a legal requirement or a court order.<\/span><\/p>\n

(l)<\/strong> Transmit personal data to third parties that RC Australia Inversiones offshore SAS and Rincon & Associates PTY LTD may require to hire in accordance with its needs, to carry out any kind of personal data treatment<\/span><\/p>\n

(m)<\/strong> Attend claims and complaints<\/p>\n
