These are the types of visa for which you can apply:
Directed to students that have completed at least 2 years of vocational or higher studies. The applicant must nominate an occupation on the MLTSSL list.
Your studies must be “CLOSELY RELATED” with the nominated occupation. It provides 18 months of stay to the graduate in order to obtain professional experience. It allows to live, study and work in Australia after the completion of course.
It has their own additional requirements; one of them is to obtain a provisional skills assessment.
Visa addressed to university students: Bachelor, Master or Doctorate.
It is not limited by occupations.
The duration may vary from 2 to 4 years, depending to the completed study level and the Australian Zone where they were taken.

Common requirements of these two streams
- Have completed 2 years of study in Australia and have obtained a degree, diploma or trade (English studies are not counted as part of this requirement).
- English: IELTS averaged 6 with a minimum of 5 in each of the 4 modules (or equivalent in other approved exams.
